Super Melt (episode 1)

Combining a bistro with a barbecue isn't always easy, and yet… the Super-Melt event was born and lasted until the early hours. We invited MELT, the French specialists in Texas barbecue, to collaborate on a bistro menu prepared using a traditional smoker.

A midday-midnight service in the warmth of the embers and a crazy atmosphere.
